CR Technology LLC is a data center operations, advisory, and engineering firm headquartered in Castle Rock, Colorado, working nationally with facility owners, operators, and institutional investors. We engineer, operate, and advise on data center infrastructure under a single accountable team.
The firm exists because the data center industry asks owners to assemble a stack of vendors with overlapping scopes and watch the seams. We hold the seams. Operations runs the asset. Engineering modifies and stewards it. Advisory translates both into the decisions owners and investors actually need to make. One team. One cadence. One accountable name on the deliverable.
We don't sell equipment. We don't take referral fees. We don't carry a developer's GMP or an OEM's incentive. Where outside firms are required, we coordinate and integrate them under one accountable team and warrant the combined deliverable.
What makes the operating model different

Where we work
Castle Rock, Colorado is home. Most engagements run nationally. Engineering and operational work is delivered on-site for site walks, surveys, commissioning, and witness work, and remotely for design, modeling, and reporting. Travel is included in engagement scopes and disclosed up front.
Founders
CR Technology is co-founded and led by Michael Gaspard and Tim Gallardo — both serving as Co-Founder & Principal. Michael leads operations and engineering. Tim leads advisory engagements, partner relations, and resource coordination. Together they hold single-point accountability across the data center life cycle.
